Registration & Fees
All participants are required to register before attending the conference. An online registration form will be available on this website when registrations open. The fees should be paid in full before completing the online registration form, as you will be asked to provide details of your payment.
As soon as we receive your completed registration form and verify the payment, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email after ten working days from your payment, contact the Conference Coordinator. When you check in at the conference, please keep at hand your confirmation email and a proof of payment, together with a valid student ID if applicable.
Places to DARE 2017 are limited to 100 participants. We will register non-presenting delegates on a First-come, First-served basis.

Registration closes: Monday, 13 November 2017
The DARE 2017 fees remain the same as in the previous edition but with a simplified format:
• Early Bird (until 20 September 2017): 200 EUR
• Standard (until 13 November 2017): 250 EUR
• Reduced (students and unaffiliated, until 13 November 2017): 150 EUR
All fees include: conference welcome-pack, conference staff assistance during the entire conference, participation to all plenary and parallel sessions, six coffee breaks, three buffet lunches, one concert.
Participation to the conference dinner is not included in the registration fee and costs 40 EUR.
The conference fee must be paid in full before registering to the conference by International Bank Transfer or SEPA Credit Transfer to the Orpheus Institute:

Please make sure that all bank charges are paid by the sender, so that we may count on the full amount of your registration fee.
A confirmation email will confirm your payment and receipt will be issued at the conference registration desk when you check in.
